Build your menu: Lamb, with a range of hot vegetables, salads, breads, dessert etc
Spit Braai on-site: A dedicated chef will arrive 4 hours before serving time, cook the whole lamb at your venue, then carve, de-bone & baste. The meat then gets placed in silver chaffing trays setup like a buffet, ready for dish.
Buffet Delivery Option: We Spit Braai the lamb at our registered kitchen, then deliver & setup your meal in silver chaffing trays, just like a buffet, ready to dish.
House parties, weddings, 21st’s, corporate functions, sport events, team building, bachelors; the lot.

Covid-19 Delivery Process

Limited staff complement at all times
Limited contact social distancing practiced.
One member per section only(4 staff members in a 200m2 Kitchen)
All staff are screened for symptoms at the beginning of each shift (including temperature checking)
Washing of hands every 30 mins for 20 seconds.

Staff that record symptoms will be isolated and immediately sent for follow up testing
All staff on site will wear Locally manufacture face masks. Staff packing the food wear industry specific Latex Gloves and Masks
Strict handwashing and sanitation routines enforced. (Staff, Kitchen, Delivery vehicles and equipment)
Staff and Suppliers Shoes are sanitized on entrance to the premises
Hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap at every work station, entrance to building and entrance to kitchen foyer

No One is allowed to enter the kitchen without a face mask or been screened and sanitized.
We have implemented a No Contact Delivery service which ensures that our customers do not come into physical contact with our staff
Drivers are equipped with personal hand sanitizers for regular use on delivery trips as well as sanitizer for the vehicle
